65 and 77 Prospect Maintenance Request

Residents living at the Prospect apartments, can submit a 65 and 77 Prospect Maintenance Request Form for all work orders occurring in their apartment. Once submitted, the Prospect Management (203living) facilities team will contact the student and determine the next steps to assist with the concern/issue.

Before Submitting A Work Order Below, Please review the responsibilities of the resident vs  Prospect Facilities.

UCONN Student Responsibility

  • Clogged toilets
  • Replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors
  • Furniture issues
  • Shower curtain issues
  • The turning on and off of appliances
    • It is expected that all Air Conditioning/Heating units are set to ‘AUTO’ and not ‘ON’. Please do not go below 68 degrees or above 74 degrees as your unit could freeze out if this occurs.
    • Instruction for the Stove and Oven are present in the notice located above it.

Prospect Responsibility

  • Light Bulb Replacements
  • Air Conditioning and/or heating issues
  • Plumbing leaks of any kind
    • This includes any silent leaks such as running toilets
  • Clogged Drains (Including Bathtubs & Sinks)
  • Appliances
  • Window Screens/Window issues
  • Hot Water Issues
  • Locks Issues (Please contact Residential Life for lockouts/lost keys)
  • Electrical
    • Before calling maintenance, please take the time to check the outlets (located in the kitchens and bathrooms) to see that it did not reset. If the outlets did reset themselves, push the ‘RESET’ button.
