Room Condition Report and Damage Form

This communication is your Summer 2022 Room Condition Report. Your Summer 2022 apartment/room assignment was assessed prior to your arrival and was categorized as being in good conditions. Good conditions are defined as follows:

  • Minimal to no damage (i.e. stains, scuffs, dents, holes) to walls, floors, rugs, tiles, windows, and window blinds/covering
  • All appliances (i.e. washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, & microwave) are in working condition and clean
  • Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room are clean

In accordance with the 2021-2022 On-Campus Housing Contract: 8.10.1 The Resident is expected to reasonably maintain the assigned living space and common areas relative to order, cleanliness, and safety. The Resident will be held financially accountable for the repair or replacement cost of any damage to the living space or furnishings therein, and may be subject to disciplinary action. If a room/common area/bathroom is found to be unsanitary during an inspection, The Resident may be billed for excessive cleaning. When two (2) or more residents occupy the same room/apartment/floor/community and responsibility cannot be ascertained, the damage charge will be assessed equally among the residents.

If you observe any outstanding damage not described or included in your room condition report, you have 48 hours after receiving your room condition report to submit your Move-In Residential Life Damage Form and attach images of the damages.

Please understand you are only submitting this form for yourself and not for your apartment mates. Each apartment mate is responsible for submitting their own Move-In Residential Life Damage Form.
